Small Group Gatherings: If you are not a part of a small group gathering and would like to participate please see one of the pastors. We would be happy to get you plugged into a group where you can be encouraged and built up in your faith.

Senior Servants: We want to make all of those who are a part of our Senior Servants group aware of the schedule for the next 3 months as there are a few modifications to the schedule.

Tuesday, November 23 – Thanksgiving Fellowship at 10:30 am at the home of Jonathan and Traci Wass (4315 Covey Lane).

School Outreach: We would like to extend our thanksgiving to you for your generosity in giving to the students at Woodland Park Academy. We were able to pack 17 boxes of school supplies for the students and teachers at the school. Please be praying for the students, teachers, and administration as they being a new school year on Monday. We will be dedicating our prayer time on Sunday morning at 9:00 am to praying for the school. Please join us in praying for them.

Annual Administrative Mtg: Our annual administrative meeting is scheduled for tonight, Sunday, September 12 at 4:00 pm. This is an important meeting where we we make various choices as a congregation. Please purpose to attend as your participation in this meeting is needful. Copies of the proposed budget and the proposed servants for 2021 are available on the Welcome Center Desk.

Due to circumstances outside of our control, our backpack supplier has told us they are unable to fulfill our order for backpacks before the beginning of the school year. Instead of packing backpacks we would ask that you bring school supplies to Bethany by Sunday, August 21. We will give these items to the school to be distributed to students in need.

Update on Missions Opportunity with Refuge Church in Detroit: We are tentatively planning our trip to assist Refuge Church in Detroit on July 9. Additional details will be made known when plans are firmed up and finalized. Please be praying about your participation with Refuge Church in Detroit on several projects this summer.

Volunteers Needed at Jachin Baptist: Jachin Baptist Church will be hosting its’ summer Active Boys for Christ  (ABC) program and is looking for adults to volunteer their time. The ABC program runs Monday to Friday, July 2- 31 from 6-8:00 pm. Please see one of the pastors for more details on participating.

Prayer Time on Sunday Morning: We host a prayer gathering on Sunday at 9:00 am each Sunday in the Upper Room. We would like to encourage you to attend as we seek God’s will across a variety of different topics, issues, and concerns. Please make a plan to join us next Sunday!
